NEW - If this is your first firearm
ADDITIONAL - If you already have a licence

TYPE OF COMPETITION (DISCIPLINE the firearm will be used for e.g. Field Pistol, Field Rifle)
I have been an active financial member of the W23 (PFRC) branch of the association since (Date joined club - eg. July 2003)
SSAA Membership Number. Mandatory. SSAA will not process the form without a valid membership number.

HANDGUN (Select the correct one)
CALIBRE (Eg 9mm)
MAKE (eg Glock)
TYPE (eg Semi-Automatic)
SERIAL NUMBER (G123456)
MAGAZINE CAPACITY (eg 10)
BARREL LENGTH (eg 135mm) - Must be a minimum of 120mm for handguns. This info not necessary for other firearms.
